Caring, Experienced Service
Our dining services team has more than 40 cooks, baristas, bakers, and service workers, all working to ensure that you have an amazing experience every time you dine with us. At the head of our team are experienced managers from Bon Appétit Management Company, which has been a leader in creating healthy, sustainable dining halls for more than 35 years.
Dining Done Differently
Our dining services staff spend each and every day working to make sure that McConnell Dining Hall and Pitzer's three campus eateries provide the kind of exceptional experience that has made McConnell a favorite among students from across the 5Cs. Our approach to dining shows our values, too: During the 2017-2018 academic year, we composted more than 78,000 pounds of food that would have otherwise gone to waste.
